Pricing and Deposit

Leases of 7 years are fully repairing and insuring with a rent review, and a break option, occurring at the end of year 3. Rents commence at £9,000 per annum exclusive, for a bare 1,000sqft unit.

A deposit of £2,250 is required on signing the lease.

The rent does not include buildings insurance, service charges or local authority rates.

Rates, Insurance and Service Charges
  • Currently all individual units at Moorside Business Park fall below the local authority rating threshold and enjoy 100% rates relief (as of September 2021).
  • Buildings insurance is 29p per sq ft (i.e. a unit of 850 sq ft pays insurance of £246 per annum)
  • Service charge for running the business park covers the cost of site security, outside lighting, cleaning, CCTV, etc and is currently levied at £1.00 per sq ft (i.e. a unit of 850 sq ft pays service charges of £850 per annum)
